Kodad 6100 xray sensor not taking xrays

hi experts,

I have Kodak 6.13 and the sensor's cord was replaced because it was very loose, so it was taking for repair. now when I try to take an xray it detects if fine but I can't take the xray, it times out and I get this message below.

Warning:
End of acquisition phace, x-ray not detected. please check alignment of xray generator with sendor and exposure parameters.

thanks,
Frank

yes, it's under warranty for like 90 days.  so, I shouldn't be loading any calibration files or anything like that right?

The software calibration shouldn't have changed significantly (unless they're sending you a refurbished replacement).  The fact it's not picking up xray exposure at all suggests to me that the CCD isn't correctly connected - even though the chip identifying the device is.
