HDD disengages randomly from Windows 7 computer
Hello,
I have 2 HDDs that I use for storage that connect through Kingwin KF-91 Mobile Racks, in a computer that I built in 12/2011.
2 weeks ago, my #2 storage, letter H drive, started a strange behavior. It will disengage itself somehow from the system at random times. A note, my power options are set to ‘Never’ for hibernation and turn off hard drives. Examples of the problem:
1. I will turn on the system in the morning and the H drive won’t be present.
2. I will startup, H drive is online, and then sometime after using the computer during the day it will just disappear.
I have checked the cable connections (secure), cleaned the racks, blown and oiled their fans etc. On the rack that holds storage #1, letter D drive, the red and green lights are solidly on at all times now. Only the green light is on, on the rack that holds the drive that keeps disappearing.
I initially took out the D drive from the rack with the red light because I thought that was where the problem was, and when I did this, the H drive (the one that disappears) came online when I restarted.?.
So now, as a temporary fix, when the H drive disappears, I shutdown the system, unlock the D drive, turn on the system and H is online. Then I shutdown the system again, lock in the D drive, turn on the system and they are now both present. Crazy huh?
I would like to know, what could be causing this odd behavior and how to remedy it. Below is a partial list of components, if you need more please let me konw:

Western Digital Caviar Black WD5002AALX 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive This is the H drive.
