SCCM 2012 Application packaging

hi all

Does anyone have any reccomendations for software that can be used to create packages for deployment i.e MSI files that can be pushed out via SCCM

i've used Advanced installer before:

Depends on what packages you want to create. If you have existing installations as setup.exe and you want to wrap them into MSI in order to deploy, it's one thing; if you create your own software and you want to create MSI installations of it, it's another thing, heavily depending on the level of sophistication of your software. The most capable msi-authoring packages provide ton of possibilities and cost thousands of dollars.

If this is the former, maybe you don't need it at all - SCCM allows you to deploy setup.exe. Here's one tutorial:
