Port forwarding on Zyxel C1100z modem

How to set up more than one port in Zyxel C1100z modem port forwarding?
I can set up one port, but can't figure out how to set up more than one...

Usually you should just repeat process multiple times to configure all port that you need for port forward.
On the other hand you can configured DMZ, so all ports are forwarded to specific device.

Could not find manual for C1100z but I guess should be configured the similar way as on Zyxel C1000A or C1000z.
