HP LaserJet 5200 - 10.10.00 Supply Memory Error

I'm getting HP LaserJet 5200 - 10.10.00 Supply Memory Error. I have removed the Toner and and replace it. Using OEM Toner. Couple of reboot. Nothing works.. Any suggestion from experts?

The printer reads a chip on the toner cartridge and failure to read properly can cause this error.

Is it worth yet another new cartridge?  Or a you better to get a local printer repair person to service it?

If you've tried another HP cartridge and you're still getting the error it's possible that the memory tag reader is damaged and needs replacement. Normally the fault is with the chip on the cartridge though.

Maiwand,

This question has been answered (see the accepted solution above).  If that solution doesn't resolve the problem (covering the chip with electrical tape), I would ask your own question rather than responding to someone else's question.
