Echo on outside calls from Cisco ip phone

We recently replaced our router and since then when an outside call comes in, or we dial outside we can hear ourselves. Internal calling is fine no echo.

Any thoughts?

What router did you get, qos to prioritize voice over other, queuing policy?
Echo suggests delays/sequential delivery of the same packets/......
please sanitize and upload your router config for review.

We have a 9501 with qos. It a model upgrade for us. I'll get the config and upload it in the AM.
