Connect O365 resource calender to Sharepoint

joebilek used Ask the Experts™

We have a resource (room) mailbox set up in Office 365 mainly used for the calender. We also run Sharepoint through Office 365. Can we somehow connect the resource mailbox calender to our Sharepoint so it can be shown from there?

We have tried doing an overlay on the Sharepoint calendar, with the settings below.
But get the error message: Error message: The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Ntlm'. The authentication header received from the server was 'Basic Realm=""'. (7efe629d-20f0-3000-4505-d172fc2409d9)

If not, can we somehow forward e-mail sent to the resource mailbox calender to a calender set up in Sharepoint?

Kind regards

You cannot use EXO Calendar overlays with SharePoint online, it's a known issue. And you cannot link directly to a published calendar page as well. And there's no viable workaround afaik.

You should be able to publish the calendar, so that's available via the browser though.

Thanks Vasil.
