If you enable the SFPs in trunk all mode then yes, VLAN traffic will flow between them, assuming you have the appropriate VLAN/subnet configured at each end. these VLANs would be separate and would have no interaction.<br />

if you mean you want one 'site' to communicate with the other 'site' as if they were one network, you need some form of router.<br />
the switch may be able to do this if its an L2+ or L3 switch (let us know the make/model if you are unsure)<br />
alternatively, you may need some form of router to pass traffic between them. This may be an issue as it sounds like you have already planned to plug the SFPs straight into the switches, not a router.<br />

You are not able to connect two different subnet without a L3 devices.In order the thing works you will need a router or a L3 switch in between the two network to route your traffic
