What is the version of Witness ? Well all participating sql version should be same in database mirroring.

We have noticed errors cropping up in the logs. We have 3 servers, DB01, DB02 and DB03 (as the witness server).<br />
<br />
Jumping on the witness server we have noticed odd entries in the logs and wanted some advice on this.<br />
<br />
Database mirroring connection error 4 'An error occurred while receiving data: '24(The program issued a command but the command length is incorrect.)'.' for 'TCP://DB02:4040'.<br />
Error: 1474, Severity: 16, State: 1.<br />

Any help will be appreciated.<br />
