I have created an excel file with XML and ColdFusion. &nbsp;This is a very large file with multiple sheets. &nbsp;When I download this file it is 70 MB in size. &nbsp;Is there any way to reduce the size of this file?

I have created an excel file with XML and ColdFusion.  This is a very large file with multiple sheets.  When I download this file it is 70 MB in size.  Is there any way to reduce the size of this file?

ColdFusion is a server-side rapid application development platform originally created by Allaire and now sold by Adobe, implementing the dynamic general purpose CFML programming language.
