What options does she has ?
Can she upgrade Chrome to the latest version ? but probably as the message says soon Chrome won't be receiving any updates because the OS won't be supported anymore ?
Does anyone know when Vista will stop giving updates to Chrome ? the alternative is to upgrade to windows 7 correct ?

And Apple and Linux and... other non-Microsoft products.
IE9 cannot render HTML5 and Wix, so similar sites to those such as paramountexperience would currently display fine on Chrome, but wrong on IE9. These are some of the issues that users can encounters with IE9
Of course this is not the majority of websites, and chrome even when no longer supported will still display those ok even on older versions.
However as John stipulated, for now and the near future most sites would be fine still, so IE9 is still an option yes.

M$ is ending support for Vista in April 2017. So that will be when google chrome support will end too for that OS. You will have to get a new OS or PC by then.
