How can I have more than one page of SSRS report?

I built my first SSRS report. It's a letter with confirmation number on top, the company image, date and the address.

In the middle of the report, I have the order detail.

At the bottom, I have the names of the people the letter is going to. For example, "CC" with the name.

Now, sometimes the middle section is long and we will have 2 pages of the report. On the second page, I will have the same "top" and "bottom" but the rest of the "middle" detail goes on the second page.

How can I do that??

It will automatically span report  detail on second page, if you have more data that can not be accommodate in the single page.

Can you please post some screen shots or provide some detail information.?
Arif,

I messaged you and the PDF is in there. Didn't want to post it here.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

I think you want, details in top and in bottom must be repeated in the next page if report data goes to second page.

If this is the case.

You can add you top detail in Report header and bottom detail in report footer.

To header and footer in the report.

1 ) Right click on report body and select insert -> Report header or Footer.

Refer screenshot .

Header is already added so you can see only footer option.

Let me know if you have any question.

Report Designer supports two views: Design to define the report data and report layout, and Preview to display a rendered view of the report. If you would like to show a table on the first page, and show the other table on the second page, you can add a page break on the first table

You should go this one and it may be helpful to you https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee210530.aspx
I'll post more detail. Jason, I don't think that's what I want to do. I'll post a screenshot to show you and Arif what I need get done.

(Thanks for sticking with this question. I have a deadline and no one else at work knows SSRS and this is my first one)
Arif,  I think you're correct. I need to add a footer and header.

I've attached a screenshot of what the report looks like and I think adding header and footer is the right way to go.
