There is a fix for this MAPI program interface if and when it becomes corrupted by renaming it to &nbsp;_old, &nbsp;windows can then recreate / replace the core MAPI file.<br />

We recently created a new user profile on Server 2008 R2. When the user selects the Sent To &gt;&nbsp;Email Recipient option in Snipping tool, they &nbsp;receive a FIXMAP 1.0 MAPI Repair tool crash. The application that crashes is fixmapi.exe and the fault module name is mso.dll. I have attached a screenshot of the error. Any help appreciated.<br />

Hi,
