Snipping Tool Receives Fixmapi Error
Hi,
We recently created a new user profile on Server 2008 R2. When the user selects the Sent To > Email Recipient option in Snipping tool, they receive a FIXMAP 1.0 MAPI Repair tool crash. The application that crashes is fixmapi.exe and the fault module name is mso.dll. I have attached a screenshot of the error. Any help appreciated.

There is a fix for this MAPI program interface if and when it becomes corrupted by renaming it to _old, windows can then recreate / replace the core MAPI file.

Recreating the Outlook profile fixed the issue.

Outlook is installed as its a terminal server. It is only happening to one user from what we can see so far.
I can't see any voice integration software installed
