Windows 10 Defender Malware on Edge

Last Modified: 2016-03-17
Windows 10  -  Microsoft Edge opens with an orange screen, and A message stating that Windows 10 Defender has detected malware activity.  They tell us to call a toll-free number for a "Microsoft-Certified technician to help you resolve the issue:"  The number is (855) 507-0469

This is bogus.  I can see that the address of the web page that Edge starts with is   552612.snc418.com

How do I get rid of this?

I tried:   Malwarebytes, RKill, AdwCleaner

Has this site been set as the home page for Edge?  If so, how do I remove it?
