Question related to SQL Temp Databases

I am planning to have an SQL Cluster. in one instance I will have two databases for SCCM and DCOM. My LUN Configuration will be like this

c:\ -- OS -- 60GB
d:\--PageFile- 25 GB
e:\-- SQL Binaries- 50 GB
f:\ -- Databases- 500GB
g:\-- Logs -- 100GB
h:\ tempDB -- 50 GB
i: \ tempDB log -- 25 GB

since I have two databases for SCOM and SCCM. database files for both will be on f:\. log files of both the databases will be on the g:\.

is the temp database created per instance or per databases. since I have two databases will there be one or two Temp databases.  after sizing my sccm database will be 25 GB amd my scom database will be 300 GB (operational and Datawarehouse). can I share the lun for three databases or should I have a separate lun for sccm, one for scom operational and the third for scom datawarehouse.

can a sql expert help e plan for the LUNs please

is the temp database created per instance or per databases.
Per instance so only one tempdb.
I don't think the sizes are correct.
Why a separated drive for SQL BInaries? Can't they being installed in C:\ProgramFiles? And 50GB only for binaries is exaggerated. You shouldn't need more than 2GB - 2.5GB.
Also, is exaggerated 25GB for tempdb log. 1GB should be more than fine.

thanks a lot for your reply. I will have two databases, three databases. one for SCCM and two for SCOM (operational database and Data warehouse database). how should I plan my LUNs. after the sizing, sccm database should be 15 GB, scom operational database some 25 GB and Datawarehouse database should be arounf 300 GM. how many lLUNS should I request form the storage team. your specific answer will be very helpful. should I put all databases on one drive and logs for all databases on the other. or should I separate each database in a separate LUN and logs in separate luns. databases are my area of concern and that's why so many questions
