Problem between Exchange and iOS Outlook app

Hi Experts,

We have a problem with our users with the Outlook application on their iPhone and connecting to our Exchange 2013 server.

Calendar synchronization is not done correctly.

When updates the calendar with theapp, the changes are not visible in Outlook or in OWA of the user.

Also we are not able to create an event with a recurrence from the Outlook app on the iPhone.

The problem are with iPhone 6 with the latest iOS 9.2.1.

Have you ever had these problems?

Thanks !

The usual cause is down to the user having added an email account on the iPhone before adding the Exchange Account and now the Exchange calendar is not the default calendar.

Go to Settings> Mail, Contacts, Calendar> and then scroll down to the Calendars section and make sure that the Exchange Calendar is the default Calendar.

Test and you should be happy :)

If that isn't the case - test by adding an appointment via OWA.  If it makes it to the phones, then great, but if not, deleted the Exchange account from the iPhone and re-add it.

Hello, the problem is not with the iOS mail application but with the Outlook application for iOS (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-outlook-email-calendar/id951937596?mt=8 )

Thanks
