We have a cold fusion 10 server instance working with *.html externally and internally. However, the *.cfm files are not working externally it just comes up with a blank page. We have other instances working on the same server with *.cfm files so we can not figure out why this new instance is not working.<br />

Coldfusion 10 cfm  file not working externally but works internally on webserver. *.html works externally and internally.

ColdFusion is a server-side rapid application development platform originally created by Allaire and now sold by Adobe, implementing the dynamic general purpose CFML programming language. The term ColdFusion is sometimes colloquially used to refer to the CFML language (Cold Fusion Markup Language), but can also include discussions of the server software implementation. ColdFusion runs using a customised version of Apache Tomcat. Earlier versions are bundled with JRun.

ColdFusion Language

IIS is Internet Information Services, the web server included with Windows Server operating systems. All current versions are built on a modular architecture; modules can be added or removed individually so that those required for specific functionality are installed. The full installation of IIS includes HTTP, security, content, compression, caching, logging and diagnostics.
