I have configured SCCM so that it will download all critical updates, definition updates, security updates, service packs, update rollups and updates for Win 7 Pro and Office 2013. Lync 2013 is part of Office 2013 as well.<br />

My problem is this. Microsoft release an update for Lync &nbsp;that includes the new Skype for Business client<br />

If I search for this specific kb in all software updates in SCCM, I can not see it. If I synchronize software updates and then search for the kb again, I still am not able to see the kb.<br />

If I look on a WSUS server, kb 2889923 is available for approval and install.<br />
I have attached a doc with screenshots as well.<br />

I would like to just use SCCM for the Microsoft updates, and not have to point to the WSUS server. Not sure what I am missing, but the configs look the same, yet the KB in question is not available in SCCM.<br />

Any thoughts would be appreciated<br />

Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM, formerly known as Systems Management Server) is Microsoft’s system software for managing large groups of not only Microsoft computers, but those running other operating systems, such as Linux, OS-X, and various mobile technologies.

The Microsoft Server topic includes all of the legacy versions of the operating system, including the Windows NT 3.1, NT 3.5, NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 and Windows Home Server versions.
