I've seen goofy errors from office when you run the activation and if it's not done as administrator,will err .

I've had machines come in with Office trials that aren't activated ,install a legit copy and the new one fails activation until you remove the trial.

I have a laptop that originally had windows 7 ultimate with Office 2010 pro plus installed. &nbsp; &nbsp; Windows 10 was installed &nbsp; Since then Office 2010 wants to activate. &nbsp; I uninstalled the product and reinstalled using my original key and got the same error. &nbsp; I called Microsoft for help and &nbsp;they indicated the key was valid but there must be some license files on the laptop that needed to be deleted and wanted me to pay for support so the could fix something Windows 10 broke.<br />

Anyway, is there a fix for my issue. &nbsp; &nbsp;They indicated there were some office license file that could be removed to fix it. &nbsp; I have attached a file of the error.<br />
