Pinnacle Studio ver 19

My Os is win 10 pro and I use the above software.
I also have 2 monitors.
how do I run 2 instances of Pinnacle Studio.  Because I want to load 2 different files and look  at them side by side how I did them.
I tried holding down the shift key, and also the control key, but I still have only one instance of the software.  Unless this software cannot load 2 instances of itself.  Thank u for your suggestion.

thank u for confirming my assumptions.
Thankyou jegajothy, the reason you cannot run 2 instances of Pinnacle/ or any video editing tools is only one of it can be installed on your computer, you have two monitors connected to one computer, to run 2 instances of Pinnacle you'd need two computers with separate monitors, Pinnacle  will be installed on the 2 different machines, and by the way you would have to buy the 2nd Pinnacle they wont let you run it on a different computer twice unless you uninstall the first one then sign an agreement not to use it on one of your systems.
I ran into the same problem having built my new system and now use two towers/computers connected to one monitor one keyboard and mouse via a kvmp switch. I thought the old computer was on it's way out yet it still lives :) so will use them both but had to remove several of my video editing tools and other programs from the old computer in order to use them on the new.
All the best
In response to Merete, thank u for the information, which is very helpful to know.  Somehow, I seem to be tuned to Pinnacle Studio as I have seen a friend of mine walk thru it with such ease, and also saw the power.  I just have to finish reviewing all the training videos and also get more practice.  Thank u.
jegajothy yes that is the key, Learn the video editor interface is the first step, all video editors have a similarity that was why I tested so many.
They differ in the name of the project you wish to use, they are usually made up of three segments within the one program.
The DVD video authoring section, the picture slideshow section, the audio section or wave editor section
Pinnacle seems limited to me with the way one navigates the interface
Most these days focuses on 3D and mobile stuff that stuff is not needed in my opinion.
Pinnacle does not have a choice when you start it
User generated imageCyberlink choices when starting I chose full video editing when I choose slideshow it is different.
User generated imageUser generated imageSome tools are not activated until you put something on the time line then looking at the left panel you need to highlight the section you want to work with say for example when adding audio which goes below the video or image click on the audio icon to activate the options there.
Hope this helps you
Thank u, I would have to take a look at Power Director 10. regards
