how to convert an existing image or logo to high resolution for video
has some images that looks fine on namecards but when used for high resolution videos purpose, it is blur. How can we convert the existing image to high resolution images without comprising the quality?

Resolve the issue using Adobe Software
even Adobe Photoshop can't do that WITHOUT comprising ANY quality.
as I said above, "some professional image utilities may zoom an image and keep it still looking nice by applying algorithms to smooth the changes using fading colours, but it does change the fact of no extra details."
