Can Siri automatically respond when unplugged?

hi folks

i know it is by design that iOS Siri can respond to my question automatically when the iPhone is plugged. but I do think it would be handy if the phone could respond even unplugged, see while I am working outdoor and leaving the phone on a table beside me.

any hints to do that please?

sorry forgot to mention I was referring to my iPhone 5s.

thanks for your prompt reply. if so, that should be the reason why my phone does not respond unplugged.

is there any way or hack to make my vintage iPhone 5s do that without upgrading to 6 in size of a tile or chopping board? :)

There isn't any hack to do that unless..... You jailbreak it (which I don't recommend).

I'm thinking if having an external battery would make my 5s "compatible" with 6s, hehe.

This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
