In Notepad++ how to tell if tab files have been changed?
I notice in Notepad++ when you have several files open at once that there's no indication that the file represented by a tab has been changed so needs to be uploaded. Normally IDEs put an asterisk to the right of the tab label for changed files.

Yes, but if you click the hosts tab above to show that file there's no indication on the "new 9" tab that it needs to be saved. I usually have about 8 files open simultaneously and when I want to save all my work and run the code I don't want to have select each tab first to see if it's red or not.

Ah! Yes I can see a slight reddish tint on the disk icon for the tabs that have changed files.
Thanks.
