"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I have used Dell migrator for notes to Exchange (formerly quest) (You would need to check Ex2016 compatibility as I am not sure it does support it yet officially) - one thing to note though is that Dell will require you to purchase professional services with them for the installation work.  Unless you have a certified person to do the installation then they won't just sell you the product, like Quest used too.

You need a product like Migrator as it is not just the email migration to consider, there are plenty of products that will just convert the .lsf to .pst for you, you also need to consider:-

- Co-existence
   - For mailflow
   - For free/busy calender info
- Migration of existing alerts
- Migration of contacts
- Mobile device configuration
- Consideration for any custom Domino elements not available within Exchange.

Also, migrator gives you a breakdown of what the data size will be once it is migrated into Exchange.  This is very useful as Domino still uses SIS, so the migrated data sizes may be considerably bigger post migration.

If you have no knowledge of how to do this then pay for the professional services.

Other products to consider are:-

Binary tree and Transend migrator
