Excel IF AND, OR phrasing

I had this question after viewing Excel IF statement.

I have 3 possible values now,
"5+ times"
"2-4 times"
"0-1 times"

How do I alter this statement: =IF(E25="YES",1,0) to allow for this logic?
"5+ times" = 1
"2-4 times" = 2
"0-1 times" = 3

Thank you!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you can use this:

=IF(E25="5+ times",1,IF(E25="2-4 times",2,3))

=IF(E25="5+ times",1,IF(E25="2-4 times",2,IF(E25="0-1 times",3,0)))
