You need to specify what type of games you are playing and your budget so we have an idea of what recommendations to give you.

For a starter for games that require good processing you'd pick an Intel processor.
If you don't require the best processing then an AMD processor with a built in graphics chip might be OK.

But YOU need to supply us with more information as I describe in my first paragraph above.

Please note, that "i have minimum budget on spending" EQUALS "not so good gaming system". In the past decade, there are no extreme differences anymore in the price/performance area.
While there were times (decades ago) spending money specifically in AMD or ATi products would give you an edge, those times are mostly gone. The money you spend now, generally equals performance, no matter what brand.
Since you have a minimum budget, just go for an Core i3, 4GB memory, a NORMAL HDD, and fill the rest of the budget to a graphics card you can afford. Without actually saying what your budget is, all answers here are purely speculations, as minimum budget could mean 100 bucks, but also 500 bucks.
