Hi,

I guess It's quite difficult to uninstall any software/application from client system,  do not assign software installation rights to the user. This way you can manage all the systems in AD environment.

Thanks,
Shail
Hi,
Unless the software was installed using an Active Directory Group Policy object you would not be able to remove it using Active Directory. There are third part software management applications that you can use. Some are free and others can be very expensive.

If your environment is small, I would walk around and manually remove the software after locking down the client PC's by removing their administrative access. You can do this by Group Policy so that you don't need to hit every machine for that portion of the work though. Depending on how Savoy your users are, you may want to go as far as restricting what they are able to see in the Control Panel as well.

Hope this helps.

Chrome can be used portable, so uninstalling certain versions will not really prevent chrome from running. You should apply software restriction policies that prevent executables from running and issue a block rule for everything that is signed by google (unless you plan to use other google applications).
