you can also use IIS to create CSR, but as anywhere access provides the feature to create CSR then you should do it with that instead of using IIS thing.

obviosuly you need to generate new CSR and then provide the CSR to goDaddy to have new certificate. &nbsp;i am not sure old guy what told you. but thats the standard process to renew the certificate.

As far as I am aware about SSL things, we have to create the CSR to renew, if GoDaddy is saying than proceed like that. <br />

Check on &nbsp;console there will be option to install the certificate.
