Notification massage in SharePoint 2010
Hi Experts
i am facing a strange issue in SharePoint 2010, i have a document library with PDF forms, the user use to click on the form and he get the following massage
but today when he try to open the form, the form open directly without any notification, and the form will be opened as a read only form, and he can not modify the form directly,
the user use to have a contribute privilege and i changed it to Full control and still facing the same issue.
also i notice that the user when login from another computer he will get the notification to Edit or read , but form his computer he will not get.
is there any way to solve this issue

thank for the reply, yes the acrobat was updated recently to Adobe Reader DC, and when the user login to a different computer it work for him, i mean he get the notification massage to Edit or Read the file, but from his PC no,

No - it's the Acrobat Reader upgrade that has probably caused this issue. It seems that Adobe keep breaking and fixing this SharePoint problem.
I suggest downgrading Acrobat Reader to whichever version you had previously.

but the other computer also contain adobe reader DC and the user when login to the other computer it work for him

Has Acrobat been updated at all recently? Also, what happens if the user logs on to a different computer and tries to access the PDF?
