"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should give serious consideration to upgrading your Exchange 2003 server to a supported version.

If/when you decide to upgrade, if you want to go to Exchange 2013/2016, it will have to be a two-step migration.

You'd have to migrate to Exchange 2010, then one of the newer versions.

On the other hand, you can direct migrate to O365 from Exchange 2003.
