IFTTT (If this then that) recipe to email if text is received from certain phone numbers

1. I have an iPhone 5
2. I will not be checking text messages for a certain period of time.  Nor will I be checking emails EXCEPT for 1 specific SPECIAL email account (which is NOT the email account I have setup for IFTTT.)  I will turn off almost all my apps, and will hide all my email accounts except for this one.
3.  I would like to set up an IFTTT recipe that would:

Send an email to that SPECIAL email address if a get text messages for certain numbers, and get an IFTTT alert when that happens.

I will be deliberately "unplugging" for a certain period of time, and my iPhone home screen will only have a few apps active.  I want to make sure that any texts I receive from certain people will show up as emails from them so that I can respond if needed.

If any one has an alternate thoughts for a recipe that meets these needs that is a bit different that the email method, that would be equally great.  Thank you for your help.

Thanks, Chris.  I saw that rule & others like it.  But when creating a recipe, it seems like there are not the same (and many fewer) options for SMS for iOS than android.

I did not see a way to do it yet with existing IFTTT options for non-Android SMS...
