FOOTABLE add classes to rows without adding classes

Hi, I don't know how else to explain this. I've designed this table as the client wants it: Use user name pepe and PW BobTheBuilder45!!

Simple enough. But now we have to apply it to this table:


I'm sorry, I can't allow you access to that part of the site.

I can only add CSS to the file which customizes that table. I am not allowed to add classes to rows or columns, or an id to the table. Is there any way I can do that?  Thanks.
