When full production we will have 350 - 600 accounts. we currently have 3 x 30/5 dsl, looking at 100 MB soon. all in one location (wan).

we currently have On Premise exchange 2013 using Online protection. I am interested in migrating to office 365 to reduce maintenance costs, hardware and increase availability. Since we are already utilizing EOP, does that mean we are already half way through configuring for SSO and Active Directory Synchronization? Does this mean all the hardwork has been completed and all we need to do is create a trial of E3, enter dns records, verify Domain and we can start testing office 365 with a few users? if not, can someone point us to the right map to start our trial and implement office 365 for some users to our trial. I hope that made sense, it seemed clear when i was thinking of this question, if not let me know. &nbsp;thanks for all help and suggestions

On Premise Exchange to Office 365

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month. Office 365 includes e-mail and social networking services through hosted versions of Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, SharePoint and Office Online, integration with Yammer, as well as access to the Office software. All of Office 365's components can be managed and configured through an online portal; users can be added manually, imported from a CSV file, or Office 365 can be set up for single sign-on with a local Active Directory using Active Directory Federation Services.

Exchange is the server side of a collaborative application product that is part of the Microsoft Server infrastructure. Exchange's major features include email, calendaring, contacts and tasks, support for mobile and web-based access to information, and support for data storage.
