We called them and almost an hour and a half and being passed around they said I had that worm and I needed to pay $175 to fix it. &nbsp;So trying a work around here....

Yahoo! web mail is their system, so that may be what you need to do. I have not heard of this, but we cannot fix Yahoo's web system.
