Looking for a Win10 utility feature that starts with "R"

There is a feature in Window 10, in the Securities section of the Control Panel; though it isn't listed there.  I know it's there because when I see the window it appears in the path points there.  The problem I can't remember what it's called.

It starts with an R and displays a time line with a graphic that shows machine activity and markings on the graph that indicate problem occurrences.  I can't describe it any better but I found the X's on the graph, with a key explaining what was happening. I've only accessed it a couple times but when I did I found it provided information my IT service found useful.

Can anyone figure out, from this description, what that feature is called?

if I remember correctly this utility first came with Windows 7, and is also available in Windows 8 and 10. a good utility from Microsoft.
It first came with Vista. I have Reliability Monitor in Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10. All five systems have it.
