Skype for Business
We are planning to deploy skype for business solution. This is mostly for mobile users who are always on internet to connect to the people.
I have few basic queries regarding this.
When a user1 connected to internet call to user 2 who is also in internet , the call will be going through the skype server which will be setup in our Data center.
Once the call is established between the 2 users, what will be the call flow.
Will the call still be through the skype server hosted in our DC or will it be peer - peer between the 2 user's phone.
Will the server will be in the picture r not.

Yes, the servers (plural) will be in the picture. The call will traverse your network.

So its not like Cisco Call Manager in which once the call is established between the 2 end IP Phones, the CUCM is not in picture & it will be peer - peer between the 2 IP Phones.
If this is the case can you share me any document which states this.

It has been a bit since I looked at Cisco, but I'm pretty sure call control still relies on the server. This is the same as S4B.
As to a document, I am not aware of one. It is somewhat scattered across many documents discussing ICE, STUN, TURN, SIP, media traversal, media bypass, and how all that interacts. It is not trivial.

Please view the following link which should help clear answer your question. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg615041.aspx
"A peer-to-peer session typically involves just two users, and does not require the use of the Skype for Business Server conferencing services."

So in this case if user 1 is on internet & the user 2 on also on the internet.
User 1 is connected to user 2 using Skype for business & the call is established.
Once the call is established if the skype server is not required for the call , how exactly the call between the 2 users works.
How will the user 1 & user 2 be able to talk to each other & gets connected without the skype server in between.
