The HP Support article suggests upgrading the firmware for this printer. If you cannot do this / the printer won't start, then there is likely a hardware error. Maybe time to consider a new printer?

According to this site 63 errors seem to relate to a problem with the network card.

Try removing the network card (if possible) and connecting it via USB, to see if that clears the problem
