Yes, upgrading to Update Rollup 4 is compatible with SQL Server 2012 SP2.<br />

The link that I posted earlier (<a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3005167" rel="ugc">https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3005167</a>) shows the minimum version of CRM 2013 (UR3 for SP1) that is compatible with SQL Server 2012 SP2. <br />
<br />
So if you go straight to UR4 that will be fine.
