Upgrading .NET framework from 4 to 4.5

Hi ,
I have a solution having multiple projects within it and written in C#. The projects in this solution are currently targeted .NET 4 . i have to update to .NET 4.5 . i wanted to know what are the challenges while upgrading to .NET 4.5 ,as the solution is already  into production . i want to make sure the code build and deployment should happen without any errors.

Personally I've never had any major issues upgrading .NET versions in recent years. But I found this helpful guide Microsoft put together that should show any possible issues.

from 4 to 4.5 is a no brainer. You just need to ensure that your users have the correct version of the framework installed.

Thanks all for the solutions mentioned above. i actually had to remove some 3rd party dlls like NServiceBus which had some functionality which was obsolete even after upgrading . So, i removed them implement just through MSMQ and built the solution to overcome the issues .

Otherwise there was no changes that i had to do to compile the solution .

Because it served the purpose of overcoming the mscorlib build error generated by the some 3rd party dlls.
