Excel compare 2 columns
Greetings,
I am trying to compare two columns and find the values which are common between each. I have both in alpha order, the columns have computer names. Column01 has 151,000 cells with values and Column02 has 15,000 cells with values. I need to return those values which exist in both columns. I was using this:
=COUNTIF([Column01],[@Colu mn02])
I ran some test values which are common between the columns and they didn't get counted (expected a "1" returned). Suggestions on the formula to use?
Thank you,
JohnD
