Thanks for your help somebody from security somehow decided that getting the everyone group full permissions to the mailbox would be a good idea.

That would be the cause of the problems then - that permission trumps everything else, so everyone can see everything. <br />

Is there a way the information can be hidden rather than marking as private? Can the result match the second screenshot.<br />
