That would be the cause of the problems then - that permission trumps everything else, so everyone can see everything. <br />

Can you please assist me with this a customer is reporting that his co-workers can see appointment information in Outlook 2010 . Attached is his current calendar Permissions. Is there a way the information can be hidden rather than marking as private? Can the result match the second screenshot.<br />
