I have a client who is using QuickBooks 2014 in multi-user mode, with four concurrent users. When one specific user clicks on the Customer tab from the Home page, they receive a dialogue box that says: Working - Searching the List and it can take up to five minutes to complete, they then receive a second box with the same Working - Searching the List and it can take up to three minutes to complete. Eventually the customer list populates. Any idea what could be causing this?<br />
