MITEL 5330e IP Phone added to a Broadview Networks system
We have Broadview Networks IP Phones on our desks that connect to Broadview Network's cloud. Normally we just connect the model 5330e phones to the network and they come right up. Today our purchasing dept gave us 2 new MITEL 5330 IP Phones. When I swap out one of our working phones, it displays:
Option 128 missing
Does Broadview recognize the MITEL phones? or do they have to be Broadview's own?
