at approx 3:45 EST a Windows Update ran and ...
or so it says in system where it shows last update ran. client says that AVG came up with a screen saying that it had detected a threat, and the user answered yes when prompted to resolve it. I can't find anything in the AVG logs to prove it. The major problem is that the clients main application, LIMOWIZ, the icon no longer works. the pc is a windows 10 home edition. Is today one of the automatic windows updates?
When I try to do a system restore, the point is after the time that the windows updates were applied. 3:50pm, there are no previouse ones that I can find. I am very light on my Windows 10 knowledge when it comes to troubleshooting them. My forte is Windows 7. Any ideas on how I can roll it back or remove the updates.

Both of you came back with info that answered 50% of my question each. Found the icon for the app in quarantine and now I have a way of getting rid of windows 10 on the clients computer, yes there is a windows.old folder! Have a great week!
