My requirement is to have a 4-8 hours of UPS backup when the power goes off in the building.
I am currently using APC 5000 KVA UPS ..Can you please let me know from where can I get a calculator which will guide me the power requirements for each cisco device, example router/switch/asa/wae and what APC UPS will I need to give me atleast 4-6 battery backup

Assuming this is a Smart UPS, the monitoring software will tell you the actual power consumption. Match this up against the manufacturer runtime curves or data, and you should be able to get a reasonable idea

I would also derate 3 times:
1. Once to compensate for power factor, since most loads are not reactive.
2. Once to allow for battery age, maybe 20%.
3. Another 20%, because UPS manufacturers tend to overrate.

side note: while what rindi said is mostly true, ( the standard ups's that you get for a pc. etc., there are ups's that are set up to keep equipment up for long periods of time.
for example: our EATON ups will keep our servers and it department up and running for approximately 3 to 5 hours, depending on the load.
