Multiple mailbox databases - Exchange 2013

We have a journalling account set-up to capture a copy of every email for recording/legal purposes but naturally, this causes the .edb to be double the size it needs be which would kill our backup restore times. Is it possible to hold this mailbox (and other large mailboxes possibly - i.e power users) in a separate database?

Is it possible to have multiple mailbox databases in Exchange 2013? If so, how?

In addition to what Manikandan Narayanswamy mentioned,  Exchange 2013 allows you to create multiple mailbox databases. If you are running the standard version then you can have 5 database while the enterprise edition allows up to 50 databases.
