Issue with mailbox migration to Office 365 via load balancer

We are having issues moving mailboxes to/from Office 365 because of the Mailbox Replication Service Proxy (MRSProxy) running through a load balancer with no SSL bridging.

It is my understanding based on the above post that you cannot use the MRS proxy through a load balancer with SSL offloading because the traffic needs to be encrypted from load balancer to CAS (end to end encryption)

Is it possible to setup another endpoint for the MRS Proxy (such as migration.domain.com) that is configured with SSL directly to the CAS and so we don't need to make any changes to our current configuration?

Our goal is to achieve connectivity to the MRS proxy, bypassing the load balancer.

Has anyone else had this issue or been able to achieve the desired outcome?

Thanks.
