My client has two Windows 10 computers connected wirelessly to an Xfinity Arris gateway router. &nbsp;An HP LaserJet 200 is connected wirelessly to the gateway router. &nbsp;One of the two computers frequently drops the printer connection (printer offline), yet it still has a working Internet connection and the other printer shows the same printer as being online. &nbsp;So, why would one computer tend to drop the printer connection while it is maintained on the other computer? &nbsp;All devices are in close proximity to one another.

So, why would one computer tend to drop the printer connection while it is maintained on the other computer?  All devices are in close proximity to one another.
