I'm not quite sure I follow want you want to do, but VMware vSphere ESXi, provides no routing.<br />
<br />
So if you want to route traffic between subnets, you need a router, physical or virtual.

no router required for that, a server wit two nics, one connected to internal LAN, one connected to physical network &gt;&nbsp;uplink with public iP Address.<br />

you should be able to connect to the Server with public IP Address, and then from their connect via RDP to the others.<br />

You just assign IP Addresses as normal to your host and VMs, like you would any computer.<br />
<br />
On the computer you want to assign the public IP address, just assign that IP Address, and make sure that that physical network interface in he host is connected to the public internet.<br />
<br />
This computer has two network interfaces, so once you are logged onto this computer via the internet, you will be able to connect to the Internal LAN. (because it has two nics, with 192.168.x.x and x.x.x.x.x public IP Address) - is that what you want to do?

Thank &nbsp;you, &nbsp; If &nbsp;i understand correctly, &nbsp;what ever server connected to &nbsp;public IP, &nbsp;needs to have 2 NICs, &nbsp;one with Public IP and other one with local IP address, and rest of the VMs &nbsp;can have local IP address with one NIC.

VMware, a software company founded in 1998,  was one of the first commercially successful companies to offer x86 virtualization. The storage company EMC purchased VMware in 1994. Dell Technologies acquired EMC in 2016. VMware’s parent company is now Dell Technologies.

VMware has many software products that run on desktops, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and macOS, which allows the virtualizing of the x86 architecture.  Its enterprise software hypervisor for servers, VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi), is a bare-metal hypervisor that runs directly on the server hardware and does not require an additional underlying operating system.
