This is what I have done.<br />
I upgraded with Media Creation tool a physical machine then syspreped and captured image.<br />
But the WDS seems not accepting my install image.<br />
<br />
Do you think that it should accept my syspreped image, regardless of the &quot;upgraded&quot; notion?

You can download an ISO and install that clean, latest version right away and that can be sysprepped.
